Empowering Youth. Preventing Violence. Changing Futures.

NoTude Just Chill™ CIC is a trauma-informed, community-led organisation on a mission to support, uplift, and empower vulnerable young people aged 11 to 24 who are affected by gang-related violence, exploitation, and serious youth crime.

Founded by Brendaley Cadette, a former social work manager with over 38 years of frontline experience, our work combines lived expertise, innovation, and a deeply rooted commitment to healing and transformation.

               Our Collaborators

At NoTude Just Chill™ CIC, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. By working with a range of expert partners, we’re able to design and deliver impactful projects and develop our innovative Loyalty Rewards App efficiently and effectively.

In 2025, students from City St George’s, University of London selected our app as their “Tech for Good” project, recognising its potential to engage and empower young people affected by violence and exploitation.

👩🏾‍💼Meet The Founder

Brendaley Cadette – Lived Experience. Professional Expertise. Purpose-Driven.

Brendaley Cadette is the heart behind NoTude Just Chill™ CIC.   With over 38 years of frontline experience working with young people and families – 28 of them post-qualification as a social worker – she has spent her life walking alongside those affected by violence, trauma, and hardship.

From managing gang intervention programmes in Hackney, Oxford and Barnet to designing youth-focused strategies that build trust, hope, and belonging,

Brendaley has always believed in one thing: 👉🏽 "Real change starts with real connection."

💥A Life Defined by Resilience

Born in Kensington, West London in 1965, Brendaley faced incredible challenges from the start. She was born with heart failure and haemangioma, a condition that caused visible facial disfigurement. Doctors weren’t sure she’d survive - but she did.

⛪Baptised in hospital, with a doctor and a nurse as godparents, she spent the first 10 months of her life in hospital care. Her earliest years set the tone for a life of endurance, compassion, and purpose.

🌪️A Difficult Chapter - But Not the End

In January 2022, Brendaley suffered an Aphasia Stroke, impacting her speech and cognition. The following month, she was sexually assaulted, triggering a wave of anxiety, depression, and isolation.

Many would have stepped back. But Brendaley stepped forward - fuelled by faith, community, and the unshakable belief that her journey has meaning.  “The LORD has made everything for its purpose.” – Proverbs 16:4.

💡Turning Pain Into Purpose

Brendaley founded NoTude Just Chill™ CIC in May 2020 to turn adversity into action - and to offer young people the support she never had.

Her vision?

A world where youth affected by violence, exploitation, or exclusion are met with empathy, guidance, and tools that empower.

She channels her lived experience into:

🧠Trauma-informed mentoring programmes

📱Digital engagement tools like the Loyalty Rewards App

🏫Authentic collaboration with schools, councils, and grassroots leaders

🗣️Advocacy for both youth and their families

💬Her Message to Every Young Person:

“You are not your past. You are not your postcode. You are not what happened to you. You are full of possibility. And we are here to help you see that.”

With love and purpose,

Brendaley
